Season Leases As hunters, we realize that guided day hunts don’t fit everyone’s budget or hunting style. So at Third Coast Outfitters, we offer seasonal leases. Since the birds act differently to the weather patterns, we have property leased in several different counties. We lease farms in Brookshire (Katy), Lissie (Eagle Lake), Garwood, El Campo, Bay City and Matagorda. These properties are leased by TCO, and we regulate and manage the water to provide prairie duck hunting at its finest. We have goose roosts on our property. We also have properties located around established roosts. As with any lease you will get out of it is what you put in it. We have work weekends to get blinds ready, and throughout the off season, we have numerous club gatherings, such as crawfish boils and fish fries, and keep you updated with occssional newsletters. Executive Club The Executive Club is our elite membership. We charge more so we don’t have to pressure the areas as much. The E-club members have access to all of the property that TCO hunts – Katy, Eagle Lake, Garwood, Nada, El Campo, Danevang, Bay City and Matagorda. It offers the member flexibility to hunt on a variety of property that is professionally managed instead of being confined to piece of property. Duck Hunting: Our duck hunting takes place on all the prairies listed above. We have flooded rice, beans, fallow and plowed ponds. Blinds on the ponds are set up for six people. You have the option of hunting from the blind or natural cover (the more participation we have on work weekends, the better and more blinds we will have.) Goose Hunting: Our goose hunting is second to none. We are hunting prime locations and rotate our fields to regulate hunting pressure. Goose hunting is a numbers game, and we have several members with spreads always looking for other hunters to hunt with. Most of these guys could be guides if they wanted to. We hunt everyday and are always looking for members to tag along. Dove Hunting: We offer dove hunting on available properties during the South Zone season for to all Executive Group Lease Members. Sandhill Crane Hunting: Waterfowl hunting in this region of Texas has its perks. One of them is the availability to hunt Sandhill Cranes. When in season, Sandhill Crane hunting is fabulous. Teal Hunting: Teal also is available (in season) to all our Executive Group Lease Members. The best way to shop for a hunting lease is to look at it.
