As hunters, we realize that guided day hunts don’t fit everyone’s budget or hunting style. So at Third Coast Outfitters, we offer seasonal leases. Since the birds act differently to the weather patterns, we have property leased in several different counties.
We lease farms in Brookshire (Katy), Lissie (Eagle Lake), Garwood, El Campo, Bay City and Matagorda. These properties are leased by TCO, and we regulate and manage the water to provide prairie duck hunting at its finest. We have goose roosts on our property. We also have properties located around established roosts. As with any lease you will get out of it is what you put in it. We have work weekends to get blinds ready, and throughout the off season, we have numerous club gatherings, such as crawfish boils and fish fries, and keep you updated with occssional newsletters.
